Improve your mood. Moodology is an app focused on using AI-based learning and Cognitive behavioral therapy to help you focus on and improve your mood. Moodology helps the user understand their mood and what may be affecting it so that they can work on dealing with the emotions they are feeling. Moodology does this through 3 key features.

Mood Quizzes using AI technology

Moodology provides users with research backed quizzes to help determine the type of help needed to improve your mood. Using AI based learning, this will ensure that the user is directed to the help that will be most beneficial to them.

CBT Modules

Users will have access to a wide variety of different CBT based modules that help educate users on the causes of their moods and how they can help themselves better their mood

Mood Diary

Moodology provides a daily mood tracker that users can share their thoughts, both positive and negative. Using this allows you to understand situations that have an effect on your mental state and help you progress on your self and help journey to improve your mood.
